Processing times

Shipping rates are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are business days after your order ships. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping live plants

We package plants carefully for transit. We may delay shipping when temperatures or other conditions could put plants at risk. If this happens, we’ll contact you at the email address on your order.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to the continental US only.

Damaged or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact the shipping service. We are not responsible for packages after we drop them off.
